Distance swimming
Our swimmers have the opportunity to swim as far as they can and earn an award for various distances:
5m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 25m, 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 6 00m, 800m,
1000m, 1500m, 1-mile & 2000m
Distances of up to 200m are completed in class and then for longer distances swimmers are invited to our Distance Swim Days at The Aldershot Garrison pool.

Our 3 week diving course gives swimmers the opportunity to get a taste for diving and covers basic diving skills!
You do everything well and we love the personal care we feel Tom gets when he is in the pool. It’s almost one to one, fantastic!
