Here are some more tips to help you swim safely:
- Wait at least an hour after eating before you go swimming
- Don’t dive into water if you can’t see the bottom
- If you get tired or start to feel cold, get out of the water
- Find out where and when it’s safe to swim by asking a lifeguard
